Before heading out to run errands, a woman named Tina prayed that the Lord would use her to show His love to someone that day. As she left one store, she felt impressed to go to the bank, even though there was nothing she needed to do there. “It didn’t make sense,” she said, “but I went anyway.” As she turned the corner to go to the bank, she noticed a woman sitting in a car with two children. I should give her a GLOW tract, Tina thought. She wasn’t sure what language the woman spoke, but she walked over and handed her the Spanish version of “Does God Care That I’m Hurting?” The woman looked at the tract and then up at Tina, tears in her eyes. “She told me that she had just lost her husband, the father of her two children, and that the funeral was the day before,” Tina said. “I told her that God loved her and that He had told me to give this tract to her because He was going to take care of her. Her eyes were still welling up with tears as I left, and she thanked me for being used by God.” This was Tina’s answer to her prayer.
