GLOW Stories
Giving light to our world—GLOW—is an outreach initiative in multiple North American Division conferences based on the concept of church members carrying Adventist literature with them wherever they go and handing it out—free of charge—at every opportunity. Here are two short stories of lives touched by GLOW:

Story 1 
A young man we’ll call Michael was in an airport security line when he felt impressed to give GLOW tracts to people standing next to him. He felt uncomfortable doing that and so decided not to. A few minutes later, as he was pulling his jacket off the conveyor belt after it passed through the security scanner, all the GLOW tracts that were in his jacket pocket spilled out onto the floor. The woman who was standing behind him in line pointed to the tracts and said, “GLOW!  What is that?” The tracts were titled “A Gift for You,” so Michael, believing the incident was the Lord’s doing, simply picked one up and handed it to her. “Take a look,” he said to the woman. “It’s a gift for you.”

Story 2 
The GLOW office received the following e-mail from a man named Jeff: “I work at a grocery store where I frequently find new devotionals [GLOW tracts] on the ground, on a table, in a grocery cart. I read them and become inspired to have a better relationship with God.” Jeff then e-mailed a second time and signed up for Bible studies.
